
BAF = Bunker Adjustment Factor
The Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) is the so-called Bunker surcharge that is calculated based on the Ocean freight of a cargo being shipped by sea. This surcharge was introduced due to the high fluctuation in the bunker price.
