OPDR Germany, the new Regional Office for the German market, is fully operational as from today.
As from the 16th of January 2012 OPDR is forced to increase the rates on the Portugal & Northern Spain Service.

Hamburg, 17th November 2011. After months of labour strikes at the Tanger-Med Port an agreement has now been reached. Therefore, OPDR will resume its Tanger-Med and Tunis Service with immediate effect.
Months of labour strikes and poor productivity at the Tanger-Med Port have now also forced OPDR – together with many other carriers – to reluctantly and temporarily suspend its calls at Tanger-Med.
Due to infrastructure improvements at "Noordzee Terminal 913" in Antwerp OPDR's vessels of the Portugal and Northern Spain Service will temporarily call Antwerp's "Europa Terminal 869".
OPDR will implement a "Equipment Imbalance Surcharge" of EUR 50,- per Container as from the 1st of November 2011.
